Convene offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on token package purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the service with the email address you used at checkout and your order details. We will review your request and, if approved, issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.

Scope

Refunds apply to token package purchases. Tokens consumed before a refund is requested may be deducted from the refunded amount on a pro-rata basis. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
